Packages and Pricing

  • I charge an hourly rate of £20 per hour on a pay as you go. This is a completely flexible arrangement with no on going commitment. We will set the amount of hours to work and the work schedule prior to commencing.

    You will be invoiced at the end of the month for only the hours I have spent working for you. I use time tracking software to ensure you are billed accurately. Payment terms are within 14 days. After which a late fee will be added.

  • 10 hours per month- for those who need some support over the month

    £190 per month.

    30 day notice to cancel, 3 month min contract.

  • 20 hours per month- for those who need slightly more support over the month

    £360 per month.

    30 day notice to cancel, 3 month min contract.

  • 30 hours per month- for those who need consistent, regular assistance and time sensitive work completed.

    £510 per month.

    30 day notice to cancel, 3 month min contract.

  • 40 hours per month- for those who need consistent, regular assistance and time sensitive work completed.

    £640 per month.

    30 day notice to cancel, 3 month min contract.

  • Monthly Reporting, Analysis and Action Points for SEO improvement.

    From £50 per month.

  • Logo and Style Guide.

    One off fee £150

  • From £300, CMS website no coding.

    Does not include content creation or branding

Please note that all packages include time tracking software and the entitlement to carry forward a maximum of 10% of your hours to the following month.

These packages will be tailored to meet your needs. Once a list of tasks has been confirmed a retainer contract will be drawn up and signed by both parties. VA retainer contracts are paid in advance by standing order. Any additional time over the package will be billed at the discounted rate at the end of the month, with payment due within 14 days.

The following services will be billed at cost: postage, stationery, printing and copying. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.

Prices will be reviewed annually in January.
