It gives your brain a sense of control, even when everything feels chaotic. 2️⃣ Wrote down three things I needed to do that day—not wanted, but needed. If I didn’t need to do three things, then they didn’t get done. This practice helped me focus on what was truly important, removing the pressure to “do it all” and giving me space to rest without guilt. 3️⃣ Drank water and reduced my caffeine intake. It’s tempting to rely on caffeine when you’re exhausted, but overdoing it can worsen stress and disrupt sleep.
